It is with immense sadness that we are hereby sharing the terrible news that Kathryn Schwartz, IAST Research Fellow, has passed away. Kathryn was a brilliant scholar in History and Middle Eastern Studies, and a highly appreciated member of the IAST community. We were thrilled to welcome her back here after a first stint a few years ago. She will be sorely missed.
