Accommodation
Hotel costs (up to 3 nights, between May 31 - June 3) and conference meal costs will be directly billed to the conference organizers. Any modification or cancellation must be notified by email at econbio@iast.fr Please make sure you pay for all your incidentals before you leave the room.
These extra nights could be booked if there is availability in the conference hotel. These nights will have to be paid to the hotel before leaving.
Please note that you will have to pay for the expenses of the accompanying person (tourist tax and breakfast).
Lunches
For security and flow management reasons, you must wear your conference badge.
Conference Dinners
I would like to attend (if available, confirmation will be given ahead of time. Please register only if you're planning to join the dinner).
